What our customers say
Every review here is on Trustpilot, where we cannot edit or remove it. We ask every customer for one at handover, good or bad, and we reply to all of them.

★★★★★Smooth solar installation
They even replaced our ridge tiles before the work to save us maintenance later. Mick and the team worked through heavy rain and finished the panels in a day.
★★★★★No up-sell
No up-sell, no cross-sell. The approach of let us see what works and go from there was refreshing, and the price beat every comparable quote I had.
★★★★★Attention to detail
All the lads were personable, good with our kids and friendly. The install was very neat and they took care around the house.

How we collect reviews
- Every customer is invited to review us on Trustpilot at handover, by email, with the same link.
- We do not offer incentives for reviews and we do not screen who gets asked.
- We reply to every review, and a complaint in a review is handled under our complaints policy.
- The summary figures on this site come from Trustpilot, not from us.
Something gone wrong?
Tell us first: most things are fixed with a phone call. If not, our complaints policy explains the steps, and as RECC members you can take an unresolved complaint to independent dispute resolution free of charge.
